Justifiable jealousy

My bf of four months found a room for rent but the catch is it's with a female roommate. He asked me what I thought and I really didn't know what to say I honestly thought he wouldn't like the place, he is so excited about moving he hasn't got the place yet but it's very likely and I don't want to crush him by telling him I don't like the idea. I sent him an email earlier telling him that I was a bit jealous because I was afraid my apartment would be just as lonely as my bed (we don't live together) but I thought he would spend more nights at my place. I think I'm jealous that she will be living with him and not me, not of anything happening. How should i approach this?

I would be jealous too.

Why can't he live with you? Or why can't you two find a place for just the two of you? It might take some effort to make this happen, but it would be well worth it.

If he does end up living with her, make sure you have him spend most of the nights with you and go visit him often too.

That's about the best you can do.
