Ask her out

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
I have known her from a year.I am crazy about her. Her very presence makes me feel in heavens. Whenever we see each other we exchange smiles. Once in a party we spend the time together( with other friends also in company ), but most of the time, it was me and her talking( about various topics). In the meanwhile, my close friends who know I've crush on her, gave her hints attempting to tease me. After this she became self-conscious and conversations became uneasy. Conversation though was restored after a shortwhile.

Another time, I was taking some photographs of her with my camera,but when she noticed it she pretended as if she hasn't seen it.

Should I Ask her out ? if so how ? (I am quite a shy guy.)

If you don't ask her you may lose her to another boy.

Everyone is shy, just build up the courage and ask her.
