i have this girlfriend, and we have been together for 3 weeks. she knows how much i truly love her, but when i want to kiss her and hold her hand, she just doesn't want to do it. i've trying to tell her, but i can't bring my self to say it. also, i think that she is shy in that matter because she barely wants to spend time with me, even when she knows i want to spend time with her. please help me.

Three weeks isn't a long time for a relationship to develop.
