It seems I can get arroused or horny to easily. It's kind of random, sometimes I don't, sometimes I do. I was at a teen dance club not to long ago with my girlfriend and I was doing fine for the first 30 minutes, but he decided to stick up out of no where. It sometimes happens when i'm even doing something as simple as holding hands. I try to relax, think about other things and take deep breathes and sometimes it helps but usually not. Is there any way to control a erection a bit better, or how to lose one? I really need help. Thanks in advance!

I know of no way of controlling an erection.

The only advice that comes to mind is to wear sports underwear and wear the waistband over the erection so that it gets held in rather than poking out.

This might require some time alone to adjust the waistband.

This is a very natural and normal problem.
