Red spots on genitals

hi, i am a teenager. i discovered i have between 4 to 7 red spots under my penis. i havent been getting any pain or and other physical changes, my puberty has go on as normal. however when i press the spots they do tend to hurt so please i ask you if you can find out what wrong and get back to as soon as possible. i have never had sex.

Sorry, but there is no way I can diagnose this because I am not a health worker. Your best bet is to discuss this with your school nurse or your family doctor. I know you probably feel embarrassed about this, but it is something important for you to look after. It's probably nothing, but it is far better to ask rather than worry about it.

You ought to let your parents know what is going on too.
