i am a 15 year old student.there is this new girl that i like very much, but i dont think that i have put on an impression that i like her.we talk occasionally like if i pass her in the hall, we'll say "hi" to each other or in science class talk about schoolwork but nothing personal.i just recently saw her after school in the hall talking with some guy. i am not sure if they are in a relationship,and i dont want to go around asking other people about them. i want to get closer to her but am afraid she is already involved in a relationship.how should i approach this situation carefully?

Start making your conversations more personal until you have a good friendship. Then you would feel comfortable asking her if she is dating anyone. If she says no then that's your chance to make a move. If she says yes well... guess you will have to wait or find someone new.
