How to express your feelings to a guy

How do you express your feelings for someone without coming across as obessesed or making a really wierd moment between you and that person? And also if he doesn't ever try to make a move should I, What do guys think of that?

It's easiest if you are good friends and know that you both like each other. It sounds like you are close to this situation.

Tell him you are developing feelings for him and if he doesn't give you a meaningful answer, ask him how he feels about you.

Not all guys are the same, but my guess is that most guys would be very grateful if the girl took the first step. This assumes that you know that he likes you.

You can always take it slow... hold hands, put your head on his shoulder, ask him to put his arm around you, hug, kiss... if things go well, this can happen on one day or several weeks.
