this is about me and my best friends cousin we are both 17, now i just met her this year but i talk to her everyday and i hang out with her almost everyday on the weekend but her and my other friend had this thing going on but there done(i guess he was the rebound man from a previous relationship), now i asked her to the prom as friends and she said yes, i mean i hang out with her all the time the other day she told me that im in love with her but i just dont know it yet. I mean were really really good friends but when she hangs out with other guys i get so jealous for obvious reasons, what should i do?

First off, you will have to break this jealousy habit of yours. Whenever jealous thoughts enter your mind, tell them "She's my girlfriend and doesn't care about other guys." After doing this for a while, the thoughts will give up.

If you don't know that you love her then just tell her you have strong feelings for her. Don't lie to her.
