Still likes him after 3 1/2 years of separation

I went out with this guy in 9th grade but we broke up and for the past 3 years and a half i still like him and he knows that i do. Now we are in 12th grade. However, i have a boy friend and i think he knows it but sometimes when i talk with him(my x)we flirt and when we say hi he gives me a hug and i think he kind of likes me too but i don't know what to do. I just see him and he gets me happy and when i see him and talk with him i get a smile on my face right away. Please help me. I really do appreciate it.

This is a tough one. Ideally, you would discuss this with your current boyfriend. Then you would discuss it with your ex boyfriend. If both of them still like you then you will need to make a choice.

However, this suggestion may lead to having NO boyfriend.

Another approach is to ask you ex if he still likes you without discussing it with your byfriend, and then make your choice based on your ex's answer.
