She can't choose between two guys

hi,am loving her alot and planning to marry .i already said that i wishing to marry her and she agress for this.The problem is even she likes someother guy and asks him to marry her.She is been asking this from last few months.He never comes out that he is willing to marry her too.now suggest me who is the true lover.With whome she will be happy after marriage.She is really confused with whome she need to get married and lead her life happyiely.
I need a meaning full suggestin,please........
