Is he telling the truth

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I've known a guy for alomost 3 years now and work with him for 2 years and there's times where we have a lot of fun together. Other times he tells me secrets about some of the workers of how they make him crazy and then when the days is slow at work, he hangs out with them most of the day. The thing that I'm very confused at is he really telling me the truth and being a friend?

He sounds a little strange to me. Why would he tell you weird things about his co-workers and then hang out with them. You might raise this question with him... if you like him say "How about hanging out with me some?" If he has no good answer about why he is badmouthing his coworkers you might suggest to him that it isn't a good idea to do it. It's probably a habit he has gotten into because maybe it gets him a laugh. Habits can be broken and you can help him if you want to. He doesn't sound too bad, but needs a bit of help.
