Jealous feelings suck

hi i need help with my jealousy i get so mad if a big shot boy talks to my girlfriend or if she wants to go to the club just to hang out with friends i get mad if she has guy friends or if she talks on the phone to one i love her so much but i feel she dont love me im always chekcing up on her to make sure she is not cheating and im always thinking of her with other guys in class flirting or other things like kissing what should i do how can i get over these fellings they suck please help me thakyou

Yes jealousy sucks and living with it is terrible. One thing to do is to improve your self-esteem. Whenever a jealous thought enters your mind, attack it by saying to yourself "She's my girlfriend, she loves me, and I trust her."
It will take a while, but eventually the jealousy will lessen.

Also, talk with your girlfriend about your feelings. Tell her you want her to have fun, hang out with other people, flirt (YES!) but that it will take some time before you get fully used to the idea. Ask her how she feels about the subject and get some communication going. It's very important.
