Boyfriend interferes with love

I have been flirting with this girl for about 6 months and she has a boyfriend. She says that I brightens her day everytime she is with me. But she has been with him for 2 years and she doesn't want to leave him.She tells me that I mean everything to her. I know she means everything to me. I tried to back off but she keeps coming onto me.I show feelings for her and she shows feelings for. What should me and her do about the situation?
