He is hard to talk to

my boyfriend and i fight alot and now he thinks it is because i don't have a social life away from school. i am 17 and he is 18 and we both have pretty busy lives but his is busier than mine. i don't need all the drama that all these people have while i am trying to get my life straight and he thinks that because i only talk to people in school that that is why i am so uptight. it doesn't make sense to me and he is really hard to talk to.

Do you think you are uptight? Try to look at yourself through his eyes and see if there is any truth to his comments. If you are happy with yourself the way you are, maybe it's time to call it quits with him. If you don't want to split up then you need to start having long, honest conversations with him to figure out what the problem is and how to fix it.
