She broke up with me, what can I do?

a week ago me and my girl broke up. we dated for 8 months. we loved eachother. well she was acting kinda weird like 2 days be 4 she broke up with me so i was gonna talk to her about it the next day. she calls me that night and says she feels different about us latly. it broke my heart. i talked to her 2 days later and she said there was nothing i could do to change the way she feels. she is gonna be really busy soon with softball too. i love her soo much and i will do anything to het her back in my life. could you help me please..
