Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I am 22 and have a crush on a 30 year old guy. I have known him for a long time through our church. Now we work together (different departments) but, recently he has been complimenting me a lot and finding silly reasons to come into my office. Also, he told me he liked my perfume. He also gives a lot of eye contact. Also, when we were in the car together the other night going to a volunteer thing he was asking a question and reached over and touched my knee....I am pretty sure that is flirting, but I don't want to take these things the wrong way. I guess I am a little nervous because he is older than me and I am not sure what flirting techniques would be good for the age difference. What would be a good way to find out if I should take the chance in asking him out. HELP! :)

There is no doubt that he is attracted to you and is flirting with you. Forget the age difference and just be yourself. You may even want to ask him out if you want to and have the courage.
