Is he cheating or not?

Hi, my query is wether or not my partner of 2 yrs is cheating on me or not. He used to constantly get msgs and calls on his mobile from other women at all hours of the day and night. Then I found out that three of them wanted to hae sex with him and he was msging them so he claims to have stopped. Then recently I found a drawer full of photos of his ex girlfriends and them topless and them getting with eachother and other such photos. I was so hurt by this and it made me feel extremely insecure about myself however this wasn't the worst. I found a penis enlarger in his drawer. He is slightly too big for me as it is, so why the enlarger? He claims he hasn't looked in those drawers for years and he never uses it but it's right next to his bed. I love him with all my heart however I keep finding these thing and he's a big flirt and show off. He claims he's never cheated on me but my gut instinct tells me otherwise. PLEASE I need a second opinion?????????????

If you love him, you must trust him until proven wrong. Nothing you have said is very damaging to his story, but I would keep a very strict eye on him just in case. Meanwhile, you two should continue to communicate (not overdoing it) on this subject.
