What to do about relationshipVisitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Hello again! First of all, I totally agree with your answer and I really appreciate it! However, there was a typo. I mentioned that she said she didn't think she likes me as more than a friend. What it SHOULD be is that she doesn't think I like HER as more than a friend. My mistake in typing. Sorry about that. Anyway, you said that if they break up, I would be waiting for her. That's totally true, but I highly doubt I will be her second choice. It would be a total miracle if I was, but, again, I doubt it. I should just try my best to forget about it and find someone else which will be EXTREMELY DIFFICULT, not because I can't get over her, but I have no confidence that it will happen! Like you said, I know NOT to meddle in their relationship.
I know you already answered, but I would just like to know what YOU would do, not what you think I should do.
Thank you very much again!
What I would do is to stay friends with her and at the same time start shopping around for someone new. It isn't easy but realistically that's about all you can do.
