I wanted to email you and see what you thought. Well there is this guy and he is my best friends cousin and i really like him. Well one night i went over there with my friend and met him because they thought we should hook up well like that day he like put his arm around me and stuff and when i left i gave him alittle kiss. Well i started to fall for him and stuff and like my friends were his friends and stuff so one day we all went to see aa old friend and at the end he wanted to makeout and he tried but i pulled away becasue when i did kiss him like that i wanted it to mean something. So one night me and his cousin went to his house and stuff and i sat down and he sat right beside me on this day bed thing and we were covered up together and stuff and he had his head on my shoulder and we were cuddling and that night we made out and thats when i really just went crazy over him. Well after that night he acts like he doesnt like me anymore and that we are just friends when he does talk to me which is not at all really and i dont know what to think i really would like to know what you think does he like me or not?

He probably feels shy after making out with you. Try talking with him and ask him why he is so distant after the night you made out. He will be embarrassed, so you will need to think of a gentle way to lead up to and the actual asking of the question.
You might tell him how your feelings strengthened and his diminished concurrently and ask him if he knows what made him change.
