What to say or do?

I always want to hang out with a guy but I never know what to do, like I feel awkward if we don't talk and I want to know what guys like to do when they hang out with a girl. I really want to hang out but I dont want to sit there because I never know what to say or do. please help

Just talk about what is on your mind... even if all you can say is "Gee, I'm nervous and can't think of things to say." The boy will answer back "That's exactly how I feel." Then talk about how you wonder why that happens. Don't give up quickly on that topic since it is very important that you both acknowledge how uncomfortable it can be sometimes to make conversation. Ask him about his hobbies, sports, favorite video games, music, etc. When he gives an answer be ready for followup questions.
