Afraid boyfriend will be mad if she holds his hands

Everytime I have a boyfriend I never know when to start holding hands, when to first make out, and just in general when to go one step further. Like when I'm at the movies I really want to do that stuff but I get nervous and I dont want them to get mad. How do I tell when they are ready to hold hands or make out??

You don't need to worry. All boys want to hold hands and make out. They are just too shy thinking that you would be mad if they did it. The easiest thing to do is to just reach out and hold their hand or kiss them. There isn't a boy in the world who would be unhappy about that. Be brave :-)
