Ex is ignoring her

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
My ex is still confusing me like nothing else. I wrote in saying he wouldn't be friends with me and then decided to.

Well, the other night he told me he didn't wnat to talk to me anymore-ever. I couldn't understand why and I asked if I did anything wrong and he's like 'no' and that was that.

I just don't understand it. i got upset and called a friend who informed me my ex had found out this girl he liked didn't like him back and said maybe he was just mad about that and took it out on me.

So I saw him at band last night and he was talking to me again! Nothing major, just some conversation-not ignoring me like he said he was going to. I aklso called him a couple days before that and he was busy so he called back later and even left a message, and then called back AGAIN and we talked for a little while. Why would he do that one day and suddenly decide to ignore me a couple days later?

I don't know what to do about him. My friends have advised me to just give him his space and he'll come talk to me and hopefully be friends again. It's hard for me not to call him and stuff like that but I finally erased him off my speed dial and if it'll work like they say it will I'll do it.

This is driving me crazy!

Yes, you should give him some time. He probably likes you but is just confused right now. Give hime a month and then call him again for small talk, follow this after another week again with small talk. Go slowly and maybe he will come back.

Good luck,
George
