Too shy to kiss at 14

I have been going out with my girlfriend for two weeks now, and she is shy to get off with me (to kiss me). What can I do...to make her not shy? She will kiss me on the check that's all

It's only been two weeks. Give her time to get used to the relationship and she will soon be eager to kiss too. Kiss her on the cheek and then the neck. Do this for another two weeks and you should be fine.
