14 year old crazy about 17 year old

I am 14 and i am crazy about a 17 year old. I know thats a big age different but he seems do be an amazin guy. The only problem is he doesnt know who i am. I never have problems talkin to guys but this is different because of the age difference. I dont know how to get close to him, even to be friends. I see him everyday but for a short period of time. How should i meet him, how can i get close to him??

Say "Hi" to him whenever you see him. He will get the message and soon you will be talking regularly as friends. Keep in mind that sex between a 17 year old and a 14 year old is illegal in most (if not all) states.
