Not sure if she still likes him

I was going out with her for 6 weeks, or at least i thought so. It was never really clear whether we were friends-with-benefits or boyfriend-girlfriend. I made a mistake while drunk and she got mad, but i'm not sure if it was an official breakup. i love her more than anything and i swrote a thoughtful letter and gave her a gift, which was something wshe always wanted. How do i tell her that i want to be together, because i'm not tsure if she still likes me
