Stay or go?

There is this girl that im in love with. She is the best friend i have ever had but we both know that there could be more. There have been times that we have almost kissed and other times where we would lay next to eachother in her bad and just talk. There is a catch though. She has a boyfriend. And though she had been thinking about ending the relationship she now has second thoughts becouse his dad just died. What should i do? Keep after her or let her go? Help!
