Should I ask him out?

There's a guy that i really like. I've known him for about 2 years now and we are very good friends almost best friendsi should say. I told him how i feel and he knows that i really like him and he told me that he has feelign for me too, he said there are some positives and some negitives about me. He also says that im too young...he's 17 and im 14 which is not a big difference but for him i guess it is. I dont know what to do, i really want to be with him, should i ask him out? or just wait and see whatever happens, happens.

Sure, ask him out... you have nothing to lose. Just remember that sex between a 17 yr old and a 14 yr old is illegal in most states.
