She wants Butterflies

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
my boyfriend and i have been going out for almost a year and a half. the first year was great, well it still is but lately i've noticed that it's not so exciting anymore...everythings just kind of blah. we fight often about stupid stuff and i tend to get jealous a lot. i still love him a lot though and i know that if i broke up with him i would end up wanting him back. although i think if we just did take a break or something he wouldn't give me another chance. i think he would think that i didn't really love him. i'm so confused on what to do. i just don't feel the passion that we once had. and especially the excitment. i want it back, i want to feel the nervousnes and the butterflies in my stomach again.

RomanceClass.com Advice
It is not unusual for the butterflies to go away after a long relationship. I suspect that you would find this true with any man. But you might get lucky and find a man who gives you butterflies for life... but I doubt it.

Good luck,
George
