Was she making fun of me

8th grade

We are (i think) friends and yesterday (tuesday) i didn't have a chance to talk to her. Today (wendsday) i didn't have a chance to talk to her again. But i found her in the hall and i was about to miss my bus so i just gave a quick side by side hug. (we only hug no kiss) Then i was outside walking to my bus and she was talking to her friend she said "did you see him" then she imitated my hug.

so i'm think ing of asking tomorow (thursday) "were you making fun of me or did you want a better hug"

but how should i reword that to make it sound friendly not to lovey.

My advice is to drop it. Obviously she was making fun of it because you hugged her "on the run." Don't take offense to it, it was just a comment.
