Girl has boyfriend

well I got kind of a problem there is this girl that I've been talking too, and I already "broke the ice" with her and we kind of flirt a little bit, but I don't know if I should ask her out cause she just move to my school this year and she has a boyfriend that goes to her old school, but it is a long distance relationship. Should I try to chase her around because she's that kind of girl who likes attention but since she can't really get it from her boyfriend. Or maybe my other option should be just to be really good friends with her, and then hopefully she'll break up with him. the reason I'm asking this is because the way we clicked I've never felt that before.

My advice is to work to become her best friend and if and when she breaks up with her boyfriend you can step in. Also, if you are her best friend, she is more likely to break up with him.
