Regretss giving shy boy a girlfriend

Hi I don't know if you will be able to answer my question. But I need to tell someone how I feel.
I met a guy a few months ago. I liked him so much but he was quite shy so I started talking to his best friend. After a while I became his best friend's friend and also his friend.
In my class many girls have a crush on him, but he does not talk to anyone only with his friend and me, so a girl ask me to arrange a date with him and I couldn't say no (I know I'm stupid but nobody knows I like him).
When I told him that a girl wanted to get to know him better he was shock and asked me why I was doing that... I told him it was because I wanted to see him happy and he accepted.
Now jealousy is killing me and I don't know whether to tell him how I feel or to wait and see what happens... and if that was't enough his friend is flirting with me... This is driving crazy I don't know why I have such a bad luck when it comes to be love.
I will appreciate your advice so much cuz I don't trust anybody.

There is nothing wrong in telling him that you care for him. Just don't lead him into temptation to cheat. Tell him that if he breaks up with the girl, you will be waiting for him.
