Tell him how you feel

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Female
I met this guy that i have dating for 3 years now, and as those three years have gone we have gotten really close and we always has to be by eachother every second of the day and we couldnt be away from eachother more than a day. Im only 16 and he is 18 and were like family i have met his whole family and he has met mine, but were all really close. well 6 months ago he moved to Milwaukee to work but he comes up to see me like every weekend or i go by him. We broke up at the beginning of this month because he is leaving for college in January, and he didnt think it would work. The thing is is that he tells me he loves me every day and he calls me everyday and when hes up he has to be by me 24-7. We do everything like we did when we are going. I love him so much i dont want to be with anyone else and i dont want to let something special go after 2 or 3 years of being together and i think it would work when he goes away. i want to talk to him about things but ive been putting it off cause its like we are still together but were not. I want him back and i dont know what to say so maybe you can help me with my situation. Thank you very much for taking the time and reading my story.

My advice is to tell him that you think you should cancel the breakup and wait and see what happens when he goes off to college. Sounds like he will go along with the idea.

Good luck,
George
