Giving her a note

Here is my situation. There is this girl who swept me off of my feet. We occasionally give each other a glance and a smile here and there but, I want to get closer to her. I hardly have a chance to talk to her though. Everytime I see her she is going to or coming from somewhere. So I thought the idea of a note. But, there is one problem. WHAT DO I SAY??? I dont want to scare her off and say I love you but I dont want to be to shy about things either.

Giving her a note is a good idea and you are correct about not wanting to scare her off. I would tell her that you find her "attractive and interesting" and say that you would like to talk with her. Ask her to either speak with you or reply with a note. Hopefully this will work.
