Give her time

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
Ok well there is this girl, we've been friends for the longest time though jr high and beggining of highschool. We started getting really close this past summer like phone conversations that last for hours at a time, You know stuff like that. anyway, I really have feelings for her and I couldn't be more happy when we spend time with eachother or talk to eachother on the phone. Well just recently I asked her if she wanted to start something more than just be friends. She wasnt sure, she says she likes me but right now she said the idea of her dating is scary to her, which is totally fine I have no problem with that. Only problem is, she asked me to wait for her to make up her mind, which again is ok with me. Just these past days have been really hard on her, shes just been really busy with work school and her church. Ive told her that Im fine if I dont see her all the time so long as we talk lots and get together when ever we can. Unfortunatly she seems really unsure of herself and for me to hang on and wait for her while at the same time Guys are falling left right and center for her who can see her more often than I can is just impossible. What Im trying to say is, is going though this really worth it? I think it is, I just need an outside oppinion to get some perspective on things. Anyway I trust her enough to make the right choice whatever the outcome. I know it can work just how do I convince her without seeming to much like im pushing her into something that she doesn't want to do?

You guys are a great help
-Thanks

RomanceClass.com Advice
You have a wonderful thing going. You certainly don't want to risk it by making her defensive. And now sounds like a bad time since she is so busy.
So just keep things the way they are now and when she has more time, ask her again whether she is ready. But don't be pressuring.

Have great luck,
George
