Ex and new girlfriend problem

My ex just had a miscarriage and she'll be looking at me for support and talk to her as she goes through this, but I am with another girl, so I could be hanging out with her, and my ex could call and say that she's really sad and down, and the other girl knows what I am going through, so what am I supposed to do with the girl that I like because this could be a bit of an inconvience if my ex keeps calling to talk while we are hanging out. What do I say to the girl I am with and what do I say to my ex?

Both girls know what the deal is. Both have legitimate reasons for wanting access to you. The solution is to tell you ex that you will call her regularly for a while (say 2-3 weeks). Call her while your current girlfriend is not around. Let your current girlfriend know what is going on so she won't think you are sneaking around.
Your current girlfriend should admire you for taking the time and interest to talk to your ex. It shows what a considerate person you are. I hope your current girlfriend can see it this way.
