i am 13 and i have a crush on a girl in my class...only problem is, that i know that she likes my friend. my friend doesnt seem to like her back and isnt making a move...i really want to tell her that i like her but i'm not sure if this is the right time when she has a crush on someone else (my friend) even if my friend isnt making a move at all... me and this girl have known each other for 7 months and these days, we can talk casually without trouble except when talking about relationships...shall i just go for it before the opportunity is too late? or should i give her some time and see what happens...?

I think you should tell her that you care for her. Also tell her that you know she has feelings for your friend and will be waiting for her if she wants to be with you instead. This is your best shot at telling her the truth and then waiting to see what happens.

If you don't tell her, she may find someone else new and you will be left out again. She will probably be happy to hear that you care for her as it will boost her ego (a good thing). And, who knows, she may swing her feelings your way.
