Hey, the guy im interested in, well we met bout a year ago and hes asked me out 4 times and i said no cuz he was dating some1, also he said that 4 him 2 be interested in a girl they need 2 be hot inside and out and that i was, but now i want him ,and 2 me he's "the one", and he seems to have no time 4 me,i think he knows i like him, but ive done everythng possible and i dont know what else to do..please pleeeeeeeeease help me!

The answer is to simply tell him that you find him interesting and would now be willing to go out with him. If you don't feel comfortable telling him, then write out a note and give it to him. He needs strong encouragement since you rejected him already four times.
