Boyfriend in the way

ok, my girlfriend broke up with me about a month ago and i was in denial at first, we both had fallen in love. she said she wanted to build a better friendship because we did argue alot and if we built a better friendship we could have a stronger relationship. we haven't talked much since that, and i was wondering if she still even loved me, she has another boyfriend but last night after a football game we had alone time and we both miss each other equally. we almost kissed and stuff too. i love her to death and i cant find the words or actions to show her how much i love and need her in my life. i have been completely empty since she left and i can't go without her much longer. i'm afraid to come out and tell her this because i'm scared of reaction, sorry this was so long but can you please help

The only way to really let her know is to tell her. Ideally, you would tell her in person, but if that isn't possible then write her a note and give it to her. Email is another possibility.
The main problem, though, is that she has another boyfriend now. But that is not a reason that you can't tell her how you feel. Who knows, maybe she feels the same way.
