Concerned about girlfriend

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
Hello,
I'm very concerned with my girlfriend recently. It seems she's spending a lot of time with her new female best friend. She tells me that they are "lesbians" and they have a lot of what seems like sexual inside jokes when they're around me. She is young, 18, but very feminine and attractive. A while ago she used to tell me how annoying this girl was, and how she used to flirt alot (even though she has a boyfriend) and make my girlfriend uncomfortable. But she also told me the other day that they were spooning on the bed together. Now, the reason I'm so concerned is because our sex life has been suffering for a while. It seems to ONLY consist of me performing oral sex on her (which is obviously what lesbians do). Hence my fear of concern. She doesn't like to perform it on me, and doesn't seem interested in sex because she says it's kind of painful. I'm very worried because she hasn't been devoting a lot of time to me lately, but rather to her friend. What is the probability that she may be experimenting based on these events? Am I being replaced after 2 years with her?
Thank you,
J-
