Jealous boyfriend

I had been dating this guy for a year and a half and we recently broke up but he wants to go back out with me. He is extremely jealous about everything. About a year ago a couple of guys have tried to kiss me and they succeeded for only about like a second.I told him about that so i wouldnt hide anything from him. BUt now his jealousy is way out of control. I just dont know what to do. He doesnt want to be jealous either but he doesnt know how to change. Please Help

If you are hesitant about restarting a relationship with this guy then you are a sensible person. Jealousy is a very destructive emotion and causes a lot of friction in a relationship. Almost everyone who is jealous does not want to be because it feels terrible.
