Want good friend to date me

Ok I have this good friend and when him and I are together we're flirting, kissing, etc. Yet when I talk about dating he says he would be dating me except he says he can't give me the attention he feels that I derserve yet I explained to him I do not like spending 4 hours every day with someone or I get sick of them. So what should I do about him?

It seems you two are reasonably well matched in what you want. In other words, neither of you wants to see too much of each other. I would suggest that you give this relationship some more time to develop. Don't press for a dating relationship since he is not ready yet. Perhaps with some more time, he will be asking you to date.
