Obsessed with a guy

How do you know if you are unhealthly obsessed with a guy? I think I am and I know I wouldn't be able to get help from a psychiatrist cause the closest one is 3 hrs away. And I don't have a school psychiatrist. How could I help myself.

My guess based on what you said is that you may be obsessed with this boy. But, this is not unusual in the beginnings of love.
