She's Flirting - Is It Serious?

Visitor's Question from a 13-15 year old Male
I was the one who was going to be going to college with my best friend, since then some stuff has happened, I have talked to her about dating, she said she doesn't think we should dating happened to be one of the things we discussed, aswell as me telling her how I really feel, she never stated how she felt though, just that she did'nt think we should date again.

things have just been confusing, some times it will seem like theres something between us, and she made sexual passes toward sbefore aswell, not even subtle ones, i was rubbing her feet, and she just kind of jsut moved her legs down so that my hand was going further up her leg, mean while she was attempting to put her foot in my pocket, now this could be a giant coincedence, and maybe I'm just crazy.

We are honestly liekthe same person we think alike, finish eachothers sentences, we like the same music, movies, tv, an liek I've said before we share thingswith eachoter that we'd never share with anyone else. But there is still a seed of doubt, and I think she might be holding back feelings because she's been hurt alot in the past, if you have any advice, please I could really use some
