An Older Guy is Flirting

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
I'm 21 and there's this guy and I think he likes me he's 30. Are these signs that he's done only once mean he likes me?

When he comes into a room he stands looking at me and then he comes over to me to talk to me, if I am sitting down he gets down to my level to talk to me.

Once he was showing some people how to work something and he kept on turning round to look at me then he follows me round the room with his eyes.

Once I came to work early and he asked me if I fancied keeping him company.

Then he said that he wouldn't ever get mad at me.

He touched my forearm for ages. And he winked and smiled at me when he was talking on the phone.

He has only done these things once.

RomanceClass.com Advice
It definitely seems like he's interested in you and is flirting with you. When you hit 30, it's one of those milestones in life, when you say to yourself "Jeez I was just young! And now look, I'm an Old Man!" So in many ways you remind him of his younger years and flirting with you is a way of showing himself that he's really not THAT old. And of course there are 30 year olds that date 21 year olds, although not that many.

So in any case, you're an adult, and it's up to you if you're interested in this 30 year old or not. It won't necessarily be easy - the types of things he could be interested might be very different from you because of that age difference, and although it may seem very fun at first, it may not work in the long run. Still, there are some people who are perfectly happy with big age gaps and who last for decades, so if you both really do care for each other, it can work.
