If you want sex and don't want to give him a handjob first, then it seems to me like you're skipping steps somewhere along the road. It also sounds like he's got some issues around sex that you need to work through before you're going to have a satisfying sex life with him. You should reassure him that really size doesn't matter, it's all what he does with it that makes the difference. I hope you're aware of your body enough that you can help him bring you to a pleasure, and then in turn you can please him. Some guys do have trouble coming, usually out of nervousness and anxiety. So take it easy and don't make it a high pressure situation. Plan your times so that you have a lot of time and can spend it with touching and pleasing without necessarily having to have sex to culminate the evening.
