Iv been dateing this guy and we where making out and he went to grab my chest but i backed off because i dont have much.....is there anything i can eat or do to make them bigger over time or soon with out taking pills?

No, there's nothing you can do to increase your size. But while we always say size doesn't matter when it comes to guys, the same is true for women. Guys won't care what size you are, if they get to touch you then they think it's an incredible thing. They'll take what they can get.
Your body will change on its own over time. The models in Hollywood tend to make us all uncomfortable with how our bodies are because they're not swimsuit model perfect. But that's life and you should be happy with your body no matter what shape it is because it's YOU inside there and that's what the guys are after. They're not after your body just for your body, but because you are fun, witty, friendly, kind, generous, and wonderful. Your body is a bonus to all that. And it doesn't matter what shape your body is in, the guys will love to touch it no matter what.
