I started seeing this guy a year ago for two weeks, he flipped out all of a sudden and just wanted to be friends. we still had sex for a little while till he said he knew my feelings and didnt wanna hurt me or lead me on so he stopped. im so in love with him and my good friend just told me that im scaring him away by coming on too strong? what can i do??

The only way you'll know what your guy thinks is to go up to him and ask him. You can conjecture all you want and your friend can guess all she wants, but you'll only find out if you talk with him and find out what's up.

If indeed he is scared because you're coming on strong, then the answer is to back off. Don't make him the first person you call, save a lot of your conversation for your best friends, don't bug him each day every day, and don't pester him with all sorts of questions or demands. Treat him like a casual friend, not the love of your life.

It's good that he is telling you that it's over rather than leading you on. That is a positive and shows he's a decent guy. Ask him to be your friend, and maybe you can work your way up again.
