I am getting EXTREMELY mixed signals from a guy. He asked me to go see a movie with him, and I have not heard from him since. The weirdest thing is that we were supposed to go TONIGHT! :'(

Do you know his number? Give him a call and say, "hey, what's up?" and see how he responds. It could be that he's very busy and is overworked, or it could be that he has another girl he's interested in and he doesn't want to confuse things with you. But you'll never know unless you ask him outright.
If you don't want to deal with someone this flaky, then don't go after him. He doesn't sound like he's going to be all that easy to date, and unless you're prepared for it, you're in for quite a bumpy ride.
You might just want to stick him in the "impossible boyfriends" box and find someone who will give you clear signals for what he wants.
