I'm really into this guy, but neither him or I are into dating at all

Okay...Im really into this guy, but neither him or I are into dating at all....But i really really like this guy and I think i could marry him even though I am way to young to be thinking about it...so im just not sure if i should tell him how i really feel or if i should just keep it to myself....and he tells me that he loves me but i dont know if her means it in a friendly way or does he really love me....But i'd feel way to weird talking to him about it....so what do you suggest that I do....do I tell him that I really do love him? or do I just keep it to myself? Do I ask him what he means when he says he loves me? please help..what do i do?
