OK heres the situation, I am seeing this girl, and i dunno what we are as far as bf/gf. I mean we tell ppl that we are going out but we arent actually going out,but we both like each other,i mean we flirt and talk and basically we are, but the thing we are not "officially" bf/gf. however i want to be. my question is what do i tell her? do i ask if we are bf/gf?

When you don't know whether your bf/gf or not, the only way to find out is to ask. If you are, then you should be close enough friends that you can ask each other whatever you want and it will be ok. If things are awkward, then it means the two of you need to work on communication skills to smooth things over. That can only happen by -you guessed it- talking openly with one another. As you get used to communicating, it will be easier to open up to one another. And that's the best part of bf/gf == dating the best friend in the world.
